How Long Does Shipping Take?
Here's everything you need to know about how your pies are shipped, when they arrive, and what to do when they show up. Please read each time you order.
When We Ship
All orders ship on Mondays and/or Tuesdays. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 pm CST are not guaranteed to ship the following week.
Tracking & Arrival
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our kitchen. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping.
Delivery Times Are the Carrier's
Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, rerouting, weather or other carrier-related issues.
Check Your Address
Please review your name, shipping address and phone number carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages or spoiled product caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Reshipping due to an incorrect address is at the customer's expense.
No PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, we will contact you for a residential address, which may delay your order.
Packaging & Storage
Pies are shipped insulated when weather and distance require it. Please refrigerate upon arrival. We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.
Our Guarantee
If your pies arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund your order.
This guarantee does not cover carrier delays after shipment, incorrect shipping information, or packages left unattended after delivery.
